About Coach

I’ve been coaching strongman since 2019, though I kinda stumbled into it by accident. I’m mostly self-taught. It all started when I did strongman-style workouts on Sundays during open gym for about six months, just by myself. This came after I randomly competed in a strongman event because a coach had told me, “You’d be good at this sport.” Over time, a regular group of people started joining me, and what began as a solo workout session eventually turned into a class.

Motivation & Passion

Strongman is about more than just lifting heavy and unusual objects; it’s about pushing yourself to believe in your own potential. You’re capable of lifting more than you think. In my classes, we don’t tolerate negative talk, self-doubt, or thinking something is impossible. We foster a champion mindset, and that attitude helps bring out the best in you, no matter your current strength level.
