Getting Started
You need to set up an appointment for a free introductory group session with a coach by filling out our on-line questionnaire and we will contact you from the information you provided. The intro sessions are offered on weekends.
The free intro session is about an hour and will involve a discussion about the CrossFit program, it’s application and how it can help achieve your goal. Then towards end of the session you will do a short baseline workout to give you a taste of the intensity as well as give us an idea of your range of motion and current work capacity.
On Ramp Program - CrossFit Fundamentals Course Package
After the introductory session, we will require the CrossFit Fundamentals Course Package as a pre-requisite before attending any of our regular CrossFit class sessions. The price of this 10 session course is $195, meeting twice a week for the first two weeks and three times a week on the last two weeks. The On Ramp Course participants can also start using our scheduled Open Gym Sessions to supplement their skill development. Each session is a full hour, wherein the participant will be introduced to the basic movements that are generally used in the Workout of the Day (WOD). The participant will be taught how to scale or use progression, as well as the range of motion on the movements. There will be practical testing and short workouts incorporated in all the fundamentals sessions. Purchase the CrossFit Fundamentals Course Package on-line.
Group Coaching
We offer Group Coaching from Monday through Friday in the morning, afternoon and evening hours, along with Saturday mornings. We also hold "Open Gym" sessions on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Members will have an option to purchase packages of CrossFit Classes (sessions) or unlimited memberships. We also offer long-term membership plans with the option to pay in installments. Members may attend any CrossFit Classes that fits within their schedule as long as they reserve a spot for each class. An Atomic CrossFit Coach will instruct all members of the group through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day.
CrossFit Class Packages (sessions) below must be used within a month from the time the first session is used. We do not carryover sessions, however, for emergency purposes members have a limit of only one (1) expiration date extension per year. We believe that the only way this program will work is for our members to be consistent. For the Open Gym (as scheduled), members will be charged one (1) session for every attendance. Members purchasing the Unlimited Membership will enjoy unlimited CrossFit Classes as well as the use of our Open Gym (as scheduled). The monthly unlimited membership is good for one (1) month only. The 3-month unlimited package is good for three (3) months if purchased at lump-sum upfront. The 6-month unlimited package is good for six (6) months if purchased at lump-sum upfront. Installment plans are also made available for purchase under our Mindbody Online Store. Sessions will be deposited to the athlete's account after each monthly draft installment goes through.
