Grace Patenaude is a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Barbell and CPR certified. She has been in the fitness industry since the mid 1980's. Although her fitness background includes basketball, track & field, classical ballet, martial arts, body building and endurance sports, she has never felt as challenged as she was when she adopted the CrossFit methodology. Through CrossFit training, Grace has seen her clients achieve real results. Not only do they look fitter and stronger, but their increase in strength is evident in their daily lives. Grace's philosophy is to train body movements so that an individual becomes efficient, effective and injury-free in what they do, whether it be work, supplemental conditioning to sports, getting back into shape or the spur of the moment demands of life, work and everyday activities.

Jim is a former US ARMY Master Fitness Trainer and Certified Personal Trainer. His passion for coaching and helping others achieve their fitness goals, as well as achieve his own, is evident during every workout. Jim is an IT Manager during the day, but in the early mornings he loves to leave everything he has on floor at the "Reactor" Box!
