Right achilles soreness -- I'm reporting this here so I have some accountability and take corrective action. It's been sore for about 10 days now and I'm finally mentioning it today---Denial? or Ego? Anyway, no more DUs, box jumps, running for a while. Might even I.C.E. it.

10:?? All I know is that I was defeated by Stephanie and rope climb...last climb I was at the green tape and then melted off...fat one sucked, magic pants were slippery and I suck at rope climb, bad combination and a whole lot of excuses. Put it on my ongoing list of things to work on...
