We all had a great time at the Woodlands Relays.

Chunners (breast & free) and JackRabbit (all the strokes) really kicked butt!

I was just trying not to finish last in the Medicare heats, hah!

Chrissy kept track of our starting blocks and heats, which is not easy to do!

But C-Note got mugged! Check out his eye. We warned him about swimming in the bad end of the pool but he didn't listen, hehe!

Next meet is at RICE University on March 10!

Great workout!

Kept a pretty good pace. All lifts unbroken. I could have planned better for transitioning from one exercise to another, I lost a lot of time there.

5rds: 12 kb deadlifts (53# Sledge/35# Jules)
12 push-ups (Sledge did situps because of his arm. Jules knee)

Haven't done that many static pull-ups in a while, arms feel like jello :)


14:16 (95#, para dips, and ring rows)

17:50 (#155) thin purp band on dips, all static pullups.

18:36 (red band pull ups) - rx'd first round of 10 then had to use red band the rest of the way. This was humbling. Felt like I took steps backward.

19:43 (Rx) great energy training with the 6pm crew! Just got slow on the pullups and dips on the second half of the WOD. Fun times with Napkin and Sid's strategies during the WOD. Thanks Coach Jim and Coach JooDee!
