Love the WODs that bring out ones deficiencies. Double unders are among several others.

DU's seem to be getting worse.....time to really start practicing, on a daily basis, even on rest days. Just messing around with DU's is getting me nowhere fast.
Thanks to Will for the help on OHS in open gym tonight, 2 steps forward, one step back, but I'll get there eventually.

Open Gym hang snatch technique work with the Panda's watchful eye. Power snatches mini wod with SeaBiscuit sure was a good challenge with just under an hour break from today's WOD.
