My alarm didn't go off but thankfully I wasn't too late for 530am class. Felt pretty good about my front squats but wish I would've stayed tight and elbows up (thanks Panda) so I would've gotten all 3 reps. But it is body weight so I'm proud of my one rep. I tried Rx wallball weight but Daniel saw me struggling and gave me the 10 pounder. Happy with my time, my lungs were burning! And believe it or not my chest still hurts from Angie!! Realized this as I was trying heave the 14# wall ball to the orange.

(squats were getting squirrelly, so I went down in weight to try to get better form. I think my last one was good! Good sharing the bar with you guys this AM (Ashley & Leslie) - way to squat that heavy weight Les!)

Fun sharing the bar with Kate! Way to work on breaking parallel on the front squat and also on the wallball shots! You did awesome!
Also had fun trying so hard to keep up with SOS doing the wallballs over the wall gap. Must have hit my face several times and bit my lips - ouch!
It was good training alongside BB2 today, it has been a long while!
@S*Nash, good for you....doing BW on any of the lifts is a milestone - period!
Way to go on the PRs!
Good to see Henri, Carmen C and Balalah 2 days in a row!
