my 4th straight day in the box and my body was feeling it. i was still able to put up a decent time. Great week of WODS.
always a great 8:30 class! i tried to keep billy in my sights but that was just wishful thinking! great racing with easy rider and monte as usual.

18 something (35# KB, CF Push Ups)
Started on the decline pushups, but my abs aren't strong enough yet for me to maintain proper form and technique, so I move to CF pushups.
Form is paramount to what we are trying to accomplish! Know when to scale yourself so you can actually GET BETTER! Thanks coaches (and fellow box mates!) for keeping me accountable on form.

The push ups were killer! I couldn't swing my arms on the second and third run, wish I could of popped them off like barbie arms and picked them back up on the way back!!

Fun/tough wod. Kb swings are fun, running is not. Gotta say that I'm glad so many people are on the form bandwagon. B/c I need some pulling back on after this morning... Got tired and started sagging to touch my chest. Thanks c-note for the tips on how to keep straight on those.

I prob would've benefitted more doing reg C2G, but I'll deal w/ that Sunday when I do Angie. Glad to meet Balalah and Alonzo.
