So unbelievably pumped about my PR! And I did it for 2 sets which makes me think I am capable of much more for at least my 1RM, it is shoulder press but still, I think I can. Thank you Daniel for the guidance on the weight for my sets leading up to 70. Great job Chrissy on getting 70 for a new 1RM!! So glad I came this morning :)

Did an extra set on the shoulder press to see what I could do. Nice sharing the bar with Jerry. Good job 8:30. Those pushups got challenging.

Thanks for sharing the bar with me T-Rex...wish we would have tried that 85 like you first suggested..need to quit doubting myself..hope your ankle feels better soon!!
Was fun doing a little after-WOD kipping practice with the 5pm girls :)

55-65-70-75-82 - agreed Nisha, we def could've gone heavier. Twisted my landing when I was running and hurt my ankle pretty bad. Thanks for sacrificing some of your time to help me Nisha and Omalley, and Coach Billy. I think I'll have it checked out to see if I can compete at sting. Bummed :(.
Great seeing the F2Bs today on their last day of this session. I'm so proud of all of you and Coach Arnold! Thanks to all for allowing us to experience this growth, I believe they are all hooked :). Also thanks for letting us sub for you Teach while you were having a baby and all :)

70 felt good for a change. Really didn't want the 1 Rep on the last set, should have just stuck with 70.
14:33 (Rx) Chest-to-ground with out touching the belly/hips/thighs/knees and full lock out of the arms on push-ups became very challenging. Also have been working on angling the elbows down as if I'm doing a bench press and adding variations of planche-style hand placement. Thanks for the push Ramrod!
@Lauren, thank goodness for 3.5 lb plates, right?!! :)
So good to WOD with ya Teach <3 ;just like old times!
@S*Nash, I like the article you posted in FB; I just saw the notification tonight.
Best of luck to you Gary running the Sugar Land Marathon for the 1st time this weekend!
