Took almost 7 minutes off of my last time. Last Angie I was on the band for pull ups and
this time I did CF push ups.

I think this is the first time I've done Angie and not scaled in some way, so I'm happy with my time. I guess it could be better if I was in better shape. Didn't do cf pushups but it wasn't required :) oh and nice rip by my pinkie, really?! Who does that? Me. Oh and I could barely wash my hair this morning, arms are not going above my head! Loved making up some time on squats, 50reps at a time :)

24:53 (blue band), I think I can get off the band completely next time! Pullups took the longest, flew through squats and happy to be under 25 min. Can't make the progress I made without ACF family!

20:10 (Rx) A minute slower than 2 years ago but I'm content with that because my push-ups were C2G and 30 were CF Push-ups with a few squarely ones at the end. Just tried to hang on to Rocky Top's pace. 25 consecutive kips off the bat but slowed down to 5 then 3 then singles. Ergo, the incentive to go overdrive on abmat sit-ups (un-anchored) and squats to make up just trying to beat my old time. Great energy at 5pm! Thanks Coach Billy!

Let's be sure that we work full ROM. I saw quite a bit of "I'll-do-it-fast-and-worry-about-technigue-during-competitions." Please, please, please understand that if you slack now, you'll slack when it counts or suffer the time if you don't. Better to be good at it now than wait to be bad at it later.
