Scaled or Standard??? That is the Question!
Rx Movements\Weights that COULD be used in Team Sting 2012.this is for evaluating whether to enter standard or scaled. Not everyone on the team will have to do every movement...
Most teams should be standard, the workouts will be structured to allow different team members to perform movements others on the team may struggle with....

Attention: There are only 9 teams officially registered. DEADLINE IS SUNDAY @ NOON. Due to the color of the shirt, we are going with Canvas (which is similar to the F2B shirts as posted by Arnold previously). So, the t-shirts will be unisex. I will look at what the competitors posted or emailed as their shirt sizes and will adjust accordingly. As far as women's sizes if you chose Women's Large = Unisex Medium, Women's Medium = Small, Women's Small = XS. The guys sizes are good. Otherwise, email me at grace@atomiccrossfit.com by tomorrow, Sunday at NOON.
