Filthy 50 was a near death experience

I have made the fighter challenge sooner this week. 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
cal rowing
burbees
SDHP 75lbs
kb swing 55lbs
wall ball 20lbs
thruster 75lbs

I performed this in 46:54 and like David said, it was a near death experience. I'll come back later, with my score for this one. Have a nice day guys.

Couldnt make the classes today. Time is getting better.

I too did a 5000 meter row and got a new personal best at 22.46 a minute better that my last time!!!!! Building a gas tank!!!!
