Freddie your doing it; so post. Everyone else started where we have started. GO to the articles section and read Jim's post on the progression of crossfitting. You did great and you're going to get there. You'll see very soon. Don't let your perception of your performance stop you from posting.

15#, 18", 10/8WB....and a possible hernia :(
started doing the first set of box jumps and felt a searing/stabbing pain in my lower left abdominal area, about an inch below my waistline..couldn't get my body to agree to jump anymore after that and had to finish all other sets with walk-ups...and JB gave me a lighter WB after that but I don't know what it was, 8?
Managed to finish without any misses but I still feel like I failed this WOD as I know I wasn't doing anything near full potential...uuggghhhh....why does stuff like this happen right when things start going good??? Fingers crossed that it is just a "tweak" in my abdomen and nothing more :(

2 misses(25# 14#wb) tough WOD for me (all legs)
Posted by: Pat | March 03, 2010 at 09:18 PM
1 miss (RX)
Posted by: HeMan | March 03, 2010 at 10:00 PM
35# Db Cleans, 18" box jump and 25# ball.
Maybe I misunderstood the way this wod should be done, but I was able to rest a minute between each round. I did the 5-10-15 reps in the first minute and then rest to complete de second. It was tough but after,
I had enough gas to run 30 minutes.
Can someone tells me if I did the WOD the wright way? Thank you guys.
Posted by: Gab | March 03, 2010 at 10:22 PM
Gab,
You were supposed to do the 5-10-15 beginning at every 2 minutes then rest the remainder of the time. It sounds like you did it right! Only you did 15 total rounds instead of 10. Great work!
Posted by: BB2 | March 04, 2010 at 05:44 AM
Great I did it this way...
Crossfit improve my english skills as much as my body skills lol!
thank you BB2
