I was short on time because i got in right before the facility closed tonight and got stopped by a man asking me why I was working out so fast :) haha!!! I LOVE being a crossfitter :) :)
I'm taking suggestions for tomorrow's WOD...I have tredmills, DBs, some really short pre loaded bars (ya know the ones we used to do REALLY impressive curls with at the globo), and some non bouncy med balls (the reebok kind).
Due to the limited space in each class, we urge everyone to reserve their spot via our on-line scheduler above. This applies to whether you have a CF class package, unlimited membership or drop-in only. The athletes who made their on-line reservations will take priority in each class.
