I was short on time because i got in right before the facility closed tonight and got stopped by a man asking me why I was working out so fast :) haha!!! I LOVE being a crossfitter :) :)

I'm taking suggestions for tomorrow's WOD...I have tredmills, DBs, some really short pre loaded bars (ya know the ones we used to do REALLY impressive curls with at the globo), and some non bouncy med balls (the reebok kind).

I'll have more time tomorrow, so bring it on!!!

BTW - I must defend my 1.25 mile run...i went straight to the gym after dinner..I was a little heavy :D It did not feel good....
