I think my time was somewhere between 18 and 23 minutes? i forgot to look.

21:23(RX) Spec and I were having a pillow fight back there while Beth was kickin our ass. Got the first rep off early cause I anticipated the count incorrectly, fortunately Stacy was there to call me on it so I did an extra rep. Tough WOD, Silverback's dominance continues, well done sir.

Kudos to everyone who came out and tackled this WOD as well as the Alternate WOD, lot of hard work today. Good to see all the new faaces.
