First class today. High intensity and I loved it. Will definitely be coming back. I need to work on the Row because it took me 7:45 to do 1000m.

I definitely got lost on my first day. But that's ok because it makes life more interesting. Is it normal to be insanely hungry after a workout? Hmmmm..........must fight the urge for BURGER!

Dear 1/2 Kelly (the workout not the coach). If you think you dominated me with your fancy 200m run, 15 box jumps, and 15 wall balls; you haven't seen the last of me. You (again, the workout) caught me off guard and my asthma didn't want cooperate with me. Once I refill my prescription, I'll be back and you're gonna pay!

1/2 KELLY. 12:45, I think? Was fighting for breath through most of the workout. I've never been good with running. Apparently, I need to work on controlled breathing. After the first round, I wasn't even sure I'd make it through. I enjoyed the fundamentals coaching. Thanks for the push Jim, JB & Grace!

ALSO it was really nice to meet the other newbies!
