Cancer Foundation a couple of weeks ago. Congrats on completing this big
event!

Congrats to you. Last year I did the 2 Day Walk-a-thon for breast cancer here in Houston and it was brutal but lots of fun. Hope you recover quickly!

Just tried my best to keep moving on this one. Still need to reduce the rest time. Form on the GM's were terrible with the bar so I used a 15# DB.

I hate to say it, but I'm totally beat from the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday workouts. My legs have been yelling at me all day long. They are not happy with my exercise decisions this week! May not make it tonight... Although this one looks like a good WOD...
