Pull-up Ladder
10 rounds (8 in the 11th round)
I used the green band, with knee, and got 7 rounds without help from the box...the last 3.5 rounds I rolled off of the box...Each day my strength gets better with pull-ups so its a good sign that a REAL pull-up is just around the corner! Great WOD today, it was a great mix of things; I feel energized!

5 min bag// pull-up ladder 9Rounds 6 in 10th (wht band with box assist). Great workout today whooped after the ten 100 meters sprints, but my body feels great! Thanks for another great workout Grace.

40lb sand bag on the get ups.

Deadhangs - 8 rounds + 7 in the 9th round.

Sprints - pretended a mean dog was chasing me! I think it caught me a couple timnes, hehe! Fastest one was :17; slowest was :28.

Got through the KTE's and ab roller okay

Tried to do a "skin the cat." need to work on my landings.

Awesome efforts on the sprints guys and gals!
I was betting big $$$$ that Leigh Ann would out run Mr. Spectacular on one of the rounds.

Witnessed a 11 seconds time on one of the 100m sprint today. Great job Stacy!

Sweet 100m time Stacy! Hit the slopes today. Hard as concrete so I have a couple of bumps and bruises. See you all soon.

25# sandbag for get ups.

Deadhang pullups - 4 rounds + 4 in the 5th round. I just was not able to get the 5th one to have five complete rounds. I was bummed to not have five full rounds, but I am happy that I am getting stronger with my deadhangs!

100 meter sprints felt descent considering I still have a pretty swollen leg.
